Bettie Jean Mynatt, age 82, passed away on November 22, 2025 at the NHC Nursing Home in Somerville, Tennessee.
Bettie was born to Glensil and Virgie Mae Siler. Bettie was a housewife for her entire married life.
On July 31st, 1965, Bettie married Billie Ray Mynatt and remained married for over 60 years.
Bettie loved the Lord, Church, people, and children. Nothing made her more happier than to see a child accept Jesus as their savior. Bettie taught Sunday school, Bible school, and was a big part of the Women's Ministry. She loved decorating for special events! She looked forward to the Iowa Mission Trip each year.
Bettie never met a stranger. She loved everyone. The first question she would ask was, "Where do you go to church?"
She leaves behind her loving husband Billy Ray Mynatt; her son, James Stanley Bolden (Donna); her grandson, James Ryan Bolden (Ema); her granddaughter, Laura Brooke Thompson (Caleb); and great grandson, Harrison.
Bettie is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Larry Siler.
Services for Ms. Bettie will be held on November 25, 2025 at 12 noon. Interment will follow at the Fisherville Cemetery in Eads, Tennessee.
