Connie Lynne Kelley

Connie Lynne Kelley, age 49, resident of Waverly, Tennessee, departed this life Sunday evening, August 15, 2021 at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly.

Connie was born July 19, 1972 in Memphis, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Sheriff Bill Kelley and Gladys Barlow Kelley. She received her education in the Fayette County School System and graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. She was employed with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department, the State of Tennessee Department of Human Services, Juvenile Court Clerk and was the Fayette County Circuit Court Clerk for several years. Connie served for many years on the 911 Board and enjoyed cooking and gardening. She had a special love for her family and was proud of her children.

Ms. Kelley is survived by her daughter, Kara Doyle of Somerville, TN; her son, Bryce Doyle of Somerville, TN; and two brothers, Darell Kelley of Somerville, TN and Gerald Kelley (Nannette) of Somerville, TN.

A Memorial Gathering for Ms. Kelley was from 6:30 to 8 P.M. Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Warren Community Church in Somerville.
