Donnie Wayne Culver Sr.

Donnie Wayne Culver, Sr., age 70, a longtime resident of Fayette County, TN, passed away on April 17, 2026. 

Donnie Wayne was born in Somerville on July 7, 1955. He was a graduate of Fayette-Ware High School. After graduation, he served in the Tennessee National Guard and worked in his various family businesses for over 50 years. He never met a stranger, enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with family. 

Donnie is preceded in death by his parents, Billy Wayne and Georgie Culver of Oakland, TN. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Jorganne Culver and their two sons, Donnie W. Culver, Jr. (Tonya) and Clint Morris Culver (Tabatha). In addition to his seven grandchildren, Kayla Hardin, Trey Culver, Allen Bryant, Jordan Culver, Abby Bryant, Carson Culver and Josi Culver, Donnie has six great-grandchildren, Paisley, Ainsley, Blaine, Silas, Gunner and Rose. Donnie is also survived by his bother, Billy Jack Culver (Betsy) and niece, Paige and nephew, Forrest. 

Services for Donnie will be at 2 Friday afternoon, April 24, 2026, at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland, TN with burial following at Fayette County Memorial Park. A visitation for Donnie will be from 12 to 2 Friday afternoon, April 24, 2026, at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland, TN. Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Billy Jack Culver, Donnie Culver, Jr., Clint Culver, Trey Culver, Carson Culver, and Allen Bryant.

Donnie Wayne is loved greatly and will be missed every day. Thank you to all friends and family that have expressed condolences and kind words.
