Gary Lynn Robinson, age 75, passed away on June 15, 2026, at Methodist North Hospital.
Born on June 14, 1951, to Kenneth Robinson and June McCrory Robinson, Gary lived a life centered on faith, family, friendship, and service to others. He worked in electrical sales for many years, building lasting relationships through his dedication and strong work ethic.
Gary was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. He especially cherished time spent with his sons, grandchildren, family, and friends. Whether hosting gatherings, sharing stories, or enjoying time outdoors, Gary had a gift for bringing people together and making everyone feel welcome.
As a Christian, Gary faithfully taught Sunday School for 30 years. His faith guided his life and was evident in the love and care he showed to those around him. Above all, Gary was a dedicated father who made certain his two sons always knew they were loved and supported. His family was his greatest joy and proudest accomplishment.
Gary is survived by his sons, Chris Robinson (Mickie) and Kevin Robinson (Lauran); his sister, Sandra Diann Ross; his brother, Kenny Robinson (Edith); and his five beloved grandchildren, Elliana, Emmie, Elynne, Everlee, and Ezra.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Robinson and June McCrory Robinson.
A funeral service for Mr. Robinson will be held Friday, June 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Peebles Funeral Home West Chapel, with Pastor Kevin Robinson officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Laconia, Tennessee.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Clif Allred, Chris Robinson, Kevin Robinson, Mitchell Clark, Kerry Clark, and Andy Davis.
Gary will be remembered for his unwavering faith, his love for his family, his generous spirit, and the lasting impact he made on the lives of those who knew him. His legacy of love, kindness, and devotion will continue to live on through his family and friends.
