Jack Edward Ubel, age 90, resident of Eads, Tennessee, husband of the late Emma June Ubel, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday morning, March 27, 2026, at NHC, Somerville, Tennessee.

Jack was born on April 28, 1935, in St. Paul, Minnesota, the son of the late John A. Ubel and Virginia Coy Soiseth. Afterward, he began working for Civil Service teaching and training others in the area he served in helicopter combat.

He married Emma June Bradshaw in March, 1957. Mrs. June preceded him in death in August, 2020, after 63 years of marriage.

Jack has served faithfully through his service in the United States Marine Corps, as a school board member of Fayette County Schools, and as a deacon of the Bethlehem Baptist Church in Rossville, Tennessee.

He was an avid collector, Marine to the bone, liked to watch Westerns, loved his family dearly, and loved His LORD and his church, Bethlehem Baptist Church in Rossville, Tennessee.

Jack will truly be missed by all those who ever knew him. One of his great passions in the past few years was being able to support the Mercy Home Children’s Orphanage in Rajahmundry, India.
