Mr. Joseph Clements, age 76, resident of the Mason Community, retired Insurance Staff Manager and husband of the late Susie Austin Clements died at the St. Francis Hospital in Bartlett. Services for Mr. Clements will be at 2 PM Saturday at the Peebles West Chapel in Oakland and interment will be private. A visitation for Mr. Clements will be from 6 to 8 PM Friday at the Peebles West Chapel at Oakland.
