She also leaves behind her brother- in- law Tate Thomas and her cherished pets, Annie and Molly.

Patsy was preceded in death by her first husband, Gerral A. Smith, who gave his life in the Vietnam War in 1969; her second husband, Thomas E. Webb; her parents; and two sisters, Jim Ann McKinnie Perkins (Willie) and Shirley Elizabeth McKinnie Thomas.
