Judith Mooneyham Free, age 60, resident of Oakland, Tennessee, passed away on April 5, 2026, at Methodist Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee.
She was born on December 26, 1965, in Biloxi, Mississippi, the daughter of Gerald and Sarah Dixon Mooneyham.
A graveside service for Ms. Free will be held on Thursday afternoon, April 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Fayette County Memorial Park in Somerville. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fayette County Animal Rescue.
Judith will be remembered by those who knew and loved her.
