Judy Hooker Mitchell, age 78, departed this life Friday evening, April 21, 2023 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.
She was a member of Bethany Christian Church in Eads.
She is survived by one son, Jeff Hooker of Bartlett; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She also leaves her beloved pet, "Casey", who was her greatest joy. She was preceded in death by her son, John Paul Hooker.
A visitation for Mrs. Mitchell will be from 2 to 3 P.M. Thursday, April 27, 2023 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland. A private interment will be in the Bethany Cemetery at Eads with Pastor Rob Collins officiating.
The family requests that memorials be directed to Bethany Church Cemetery, c/o Mike Bryan, 714 N. Collierville-Arlington Road, Collierville, TN 38017.
