Linda Best Stillman, age 81, resident of Eads, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2025.
Linda was born in Memphis, Tennessee, to the late Edwin R. Best and Isabel Meadows Best. She pursued some college education and went on to build a long and dedicated career, working for over 20 years as a service representative with BellSouth, where she was known for her professionalism and strong work ethic.
On August 17, 1984, Linda married the love of her life, Rodney Stillman, and together they shared many years filled with devotion, companionship, and adventure. Linda had a deep love for traveling and was the proud owner of an antique business, where her appreciation for history and timeless beauty truly shined.
Her faith was an important part of her life. Linda was very active in First Baptist Church of Macon, Tennessee, where she faithfully served and shared fellowship with her church family.
She is survived by her loving husband, Rodney Stillman; one son, Michael David Holder; and many extended family members and friends who will cherish her memory.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her sister, Ann Best Long, and her brother, Wayne R. Best.
Services are currently incomplete and will be announced at a later date.
The family requests that memorials be directed to First Baptist Church of Macon, Macon, Tennessee.
