Mr. Tom Karcher, age 60, Fayette County Farmer, District 1 County Commissioner and husband of Judy Green Karcher died at his residence . Services for Mr. Karcher will be at 11 AM Friday at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland with interment in the Somerville City Cemetery. A visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Thursday at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland.
