Tracy Matthew Baker, age 45, resident of Smithville, Tennessee, departed this life Wednesday, April 23, 2014 in Memphis.
Private Family Graveside Services for Mr. Baker will be in the Seward Cemetery at Eads. Arrangements will be provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes and Cremation Center - Main Chapel of Somerville.
Mr. Baker is survived by his mother, Sandra Dean Armstrong Baker of Memphis; his sister, Kathy Bailey (Ed) of Arlington, TN; and two brothers, Casey Baker of Memphis and Robert Baker of Phoenix, AZ.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Neal Baker.
The family requests that memorials be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Department 142, Memphis, TN 38105.
