Paula Diane (Ragland) Harper

Diane Ragland Nicholas Harper, of Collierville, went to be with our Lord on June 6, 2019.  She was 68 years old. Diane was preceded in death by parents, Thelma and Alfred Ragland; brother, Gene Ragland; and former husbands, John Nicholas and Craig Harper.

Diane graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning her Master's degree from the University of Memphis. Beginning her career as a teacher before transitioning into the business world, Diane taught, influenced and encouraged many people. She was always a faithful friend who enjoyed sharing her love of the Lord. Diane was blessed with many longtime friendships that began at Whitehaven High School. She worked passionately with a team of friends to organize many of the reunions and the upcoming 50th reunion was her latest project. She will be missed. Diane leaves her sister, Tina Rowe; brother-in-law, Tony Rowe; son, Scott Harper, his wife, Christie; and granddaughter, Meredith.

A reception and fellowship was from 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. at Germantown Baptist Church located at 9450 Poplar Avenue, Germantown, TN 38139. A Memorial Service for Mrs. Harper followed at 1 P.M. Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Germantown Baptist Church. Interment was in Memorial Park Cemetery on Poplar Avenue in Memphis. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - Main Chapel in Somerville.
