Theresa Marie (Ray) Adams

Theresa Marie Adams, 46, of Cordova, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on December 31, 2021.

Theresa was the Assistant Director, Fiscal Operations & Reconciliations at The University of Memphis. She received a B.S. in Accountancy and an MBA from The University of Memphis.

Theresa is survived by her husband, Scott Adams Sr. and her three sons, Michael Galligher, Scott Adams Jr. and Caleb Adams. She also is survived by her parents, Thomas E. Ray, Sr., and Donna Marie Ray; her siblings Thomas E. Ray Jr., Jeffrey Ray and Sherry Pittman; as well as many other friends and family, all of whom will honor her memory and will miss Theresa's sense of humor, kindness and generosity.

Graveside Services were held at 3 P.M. Thursday, January 13, 2022 at the Rosemark Cemetery with Tim Roland officiating.

A celebration for her life will be held at the University of Memphis on a date yet to be determined.
