Michael grew up near Tupelo MS and graduated with an associate degree in Funeral Service in 1994. Michael is a United States Army Veteran and participated in Desert Storm. Jennifer grew up in Hernando, MS and graduated in 1996. They married in November of 1996, and for many years they were the only married couple who were both licensed funeral directors and embalmers. In 2008, Michael began working for Mr. and Mrs. Peebles and in 2014, Michael and Jennifer purchased the funeral home. They are members of First Baptist Church in Somerville and enjoy traveling. Michael and Jennifer are passionate about serving families in a very personal way. Having both lost a parent, they understand what it feels like to be on the other side. Personalization is very important to them both. Michael and Jennifer have three grown sons, one precious granddaughter and a precious grandson. Their most prized titles are Lolli and Pop.

Brad Farmer

Brad is a graduate of Memphis State University with a bachelor degree in MIS and Business. He then went on to further his education and graduated with an associate degree in Funeral and Mortuary Science. He is a licensed funeral director and embalmer. Brad is married to Corri and they have three children. He is compassionate, caring and truly loves helping families during one of the most difficult times in their life. Brad enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family and his dog. He tries to learn something new everyday and enjoys working for a family owned funeral home because he is able to serve on a more personal level.

Jeremy Arnold

Jeremy Arnold Funeral Director/ Embalmer 2010 graduate of John A Gupton college. Pastor of Pleasant Springs Church, husband to Katrina and dad of 3 . Jeremy enjoys the following: hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Heather McCarley Stephens

Heather is married, a bonus Mom to three children, a Lolly to two grandsons and a dog mom to Ollie and Memme. She is a proud alumni at John A. Gupton College where she majored in Mortuary Science with an emphasis on funeral directing and embalming. She enjoys being outdoors, loves sunsets, traveling and spending time with her family. Heather has a passion for serving families in a very personalized way. She loves to get creative and make the service very special. Her tender heart allows her to serve and connect with widows in a very meaningful way. She also enjoys directing Veteran services.

Eileen Brisco
Apprentice Funeral Director/Apprentice Embalmer/Customer Service Experience
Eileen is honored to serve families with compassion, dignity, and genuine care during some of life's most difficult moments. Having experienced the grief of loss firsthand, she understands the importance of providing families with comfort, guidance, and thoughtful attention to every detail. A devoted wife and mother of three, she settled in the Memphis area after spending many years living abroad as a military spouse. Those experiences instilled in her a deep appreciation for service, resilience, and the importance of community.
Eileen enjoys traveling, photography, rescuing animals, and finding beauty in life's everyday moments. She considers it a true privilege to care for families in their time of need and believes it is a sacred responsibility to honor veterans and first responders with the gratitude and respect they have earned.
Eileen is a Certified Crematory Operator and is currently pursuing licensure as a Funeral Director and Embalmer.

McKenzie Tilghman

McKenzie is a loving wife to Lawson and mother to Ivey Kate. She is a thirteen-year Alumni from Fayette Academy, graduating in 2019. After, she went on to pursue a Business Management degree at The University of Tennessee at Martin Somerville Center, graduating in 2022. That same year, she married the love of her life, Lawson, and together, they welcomed their sweetest blessing, Ivey Kate, in 2025. Her favorite hobbies include spending time with her family and two pups, thrifting, being on a boat, and shopping.
She works behind the scenes, being passionate about helping others through life's most meaningful moments with compassion, attention to detail, and a personal touch. Whether she’s working with families, managing projects, or bringing creative ideas to life, she believes in making every experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Laina Skelton
Administrative/Fayette County Memorial Park Coordinator/Customer Service Experience
Laina serves as the Administrative Assistant and is often one of the first friendly faces families encounter. She is dedicated to helping others with compassion, patience, and attention to detail, ensuring each family feels welcomed and supported during a difficult time.
Married to her husband, Jimmy, Laina is affectionately known around the funeral home as "Mama Laina." Her coworkers gave her the nickname because of her listening ear, caring heart, and the wisdom she shares from years of life experience. While she treasures that special title, her favorite name of all is "Mimi," lovingly given to her by her grandchildren.
Family is at the center of Laina's life. She and Jimmy are blessed with a beautiful blended family that includes four children, eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She considers it a privilege to serve families with the same kindness, empathy, and respect that she values in her own family.
